Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting saasfactory.vc (the “Site”), owned and operated by Bespoke Creations, Inc., doing business as SaaS Factory™ (“SaaS Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Whether you visit as a founder, client, partner, investor, or member of the general public, you are entitled to the protection of your personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy to learn how we handle it.
Your use of the Site is at all times subject to this Privacy Policy. By using or accessing the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices described below.
What this policy covers
This policy covers how we treat personal data (“Personal Data”) we gather when you access or use the Site. It does not cover:
- The practices of companies we do not own or control.
- People we do not manage.
- The privacy practices of clients, partners, or separately branded businesses, even if you reach them through the Site.
- Information collected offline or in the course of a signed engagement, which is governed by that agreement.
“Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual, including “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws. If you have a disability and need this policy in an alternative format, contact us at legal@preferred.solutions.
Categories of Personal Data we collect
- Profile or contact data: name, work email address, company, company website, and phone number if you provide it.
- Inquiry data: the interest you select and the message you write in our contact form, along with anything else you choose to include.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and server logs generated when you use the Site.
- Correspondence: information contained in emails and other messages you send us.
We collect this data from you directly, from your interactions with the Site, and from the service providers that host and secure the Site on our behalf.
Why we collect it
- Responding to you: answering inquiries, evaluating potential engagements, and continuing a conversation you started.
- Operating and improving the Site: delivering requested information, maintaining functionality, and understanding aggregate usage.
- Legal and security: preventing fraud and abuse, securing the Site, complying with law, enforcing agreements, and resolving disputes.
- Business operations: maintaining business records and supporting our venture building, AI operations, and publishing activities.
We will not use your Personal Data for a materially different purpose without telling you.
How we share it
- Service providers: the vendors that provide our hosting, email delivery, security, work management, analytics, and advertising measurement. Contact form submissions are delivered into our internal work-management system so a person is assigned to reply.
- Professional advisers: counsel, accountants, and similar advisers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal requirements: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or reorganization, Personal Data may transfer to the successor entity.
- With your direction: anyone you ask or authorize us to share it with.
We do not sell Personal Data for money. Where we use the analytics and advertising measurement technologies described under “Cookies and tracking,” limited information is passed to those providers, which some privacy laws treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analysis and business development.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses the storage required for core functionality, and may use analytics and advertising measurement technologies — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and product analytics — to understand aggregate usage and measure how our marketing performs. These may set cookies or similar identifiers and pass limited information to those providers. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will present the required controls before enabling them. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit Site functionality.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including encryption in transit, to protect Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
We retain Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legitimate business, accounting, and legal needs. Some information may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
Other sites and separately branded businesses
The Site links to third-party websites, including AVOS, and to separately branded businesses operated by Bespoke Creations, Inc., including Preferred Solutions. The privacy policy displayed on each linked site governs the data practices of that site. We are not responsible for content or practices controlled by third parties.
Personal Data of minors
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe this may have occurred.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements:
- Access: request details about the Personal Data we hold about you.
- Correction: request that inaccurate Personal Data be corrected.
- Deletion: request deletion of your Personal Data, with the exceptions the law allows.
- Opt out: opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell Personal Data; to opt out of sharing, email us or use your browser’s or device’s opt-out controls.
- Non-transactional communications: opt out at any time using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.
California residents hold these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and residents of other states hold comparable rights under their own laws. To exercise a right, email legal@preferred.solutions with enough detail for us to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the change.
